Nach Abschluss des Certified Digital Strategist Programme werden sie die Prinzipien und Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf Geschäftsmodelle verstehen. Aufbauend auf einem grundlegenden Verständnis digitaler Märkte und Geschäftsmodelle werden sie in der Lage sein, innovative strategische Bereiche (Technologie-Scouting) zu identifizieren und in der Organisation zu integrieren. hinaus lernen sie die Werkzeuge, die für den digitalen Wandel notwendig sind.
