As Chief Human Resource and Public Affairs Officer, Christian Werner currently works for the Scope Group. The Scope Group is a European rating agency for companies in the financial sector based in Berlin and London. Christian Werner’s previous positions included the Allianz Group, where he was Head of Strategic Workforce Planning. He began his career at Dresdner Bank AG as a trainer for private clients and as a client advisor. Most recently, he led sales support for private and business customers and served as director for the Southern Germany region.
After training as a banker (IHK) at Dresdner Bank AG, he began his studies at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and the Berufsakademie of Dresdner Bank. He graduated with a Management Diploma in Business Administration.
