Dr. Katrin Krömer is Head of Personnel and Executive Development at Deutsche Bahn AG. She was previously Chairman of the Management Board of DB JobService GmbH and Managing Director Human Resources and Finance/ Controlling of DB Dialog GmbH.
Before joining Deutsche Bahn, she was Regional Managing Director at the Federal Employment Agency, Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Directorate with responsibility for Human Resources, Controlling/Finance and other shared service functions.
Prior to this, she worked for several years as a manager in the leading top management consulting firm McKinsey with extensive cross-industry expertise in transformation programs to improve the performance of service processes and in corporate management.
