He is a Senior Client Partner based in Munich and has worked with his clients in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, he built a strong focus related to organizational transformations in operating model design and support function optimization across multiple industries such as consumer, retail, health and telecommunication.
His functional focus is related to Transformation specifically with regards to operating model design and implementation and taking the employees on the transformation journey. Thereby Frédéric secures that Business Strategy, Organizational Design, Processes and Technology and People Strategy are well aligned and support each other.
