Markus Halbig, born in 1975, studied electrical engineering at the Duale Hochschule in Mannheim and began his professional career at Pepperl+Fuchs, a medium-sized company and “hidden champion” in automation technology.
After various positions in technical support and key account management, he contributed to the structure and performance optimization of the sales organization as sales manager for factory automation in numerous projects. Since 2015, he has also headed the new “New Business Development” division, the successful development and integration of which he was responsible for.
