Rachel Royall is Director of Communications at NHS Digital in the UK. Rachel has led Board level communications and engagement programmes for large, complex organisations including the NHS, HM Revenue and Customs, Cabinet Office and Department of Health and Social Care.
Rachel is fellow of the Institute of Internal Communications and a Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Rachel is named as one of the top ten Director of Communications in the public sector in the PRWeek 2018 Power Book.
