Tobias Leipprand is Executive Director of LEAD, the Mercator Capacity Building Center for Leadership & Advocacy. Prior to this, he was a member of the board of Stiftung neue Verantwortung Foundation, where he was a Fellow of the Foundation and responsible for projects in the areas of sustainability and the future of the city. Before joining Stiftung neue Verantwortung Foundation, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. There, he was a member of the Mindsets and Capabilities Practice and focused his consulting efforts on major transformation programs, leadership development, and management coaching.
