Janina Kose has been Head of Digital Markets & Sales (B2B and B2C) at ZEAG (majority shareholding of EnBW) since December 2020.
Recently Janina Kose led the General Circle of EnBW Innovation at EnBW AG – one of Germany’s largest energy suppliers – and developed new forms of work for hybrid organisations that promote a high degree of personal responsibility.
Previously, she was head of the Market Intelligence department with a focus on analytical and data-based decision-making culture, after various positions in marketing and communications consulting, in the sales environment of Yello Strom GmbH.
As an economic and organizational psychologist, she is scientifically engaged in the field of leadership management and digital transformation.
