Julia Weiss is founder & Managing Partner of Weiss & Cie. with a focus on Executive Advisory and Coaching. She is also a partner at the executive coaching firm Leadership Choices.
Julia Weiss has many years of management experience in the top management of Axel Springer SE. There she was a member of the management board of one of the largest German media marketers with annual net advertising revenues of > 500 million €. Prior to this, she was head of the Corporate Organization and Development staff department and was entrusted with setting up an internal management consultancy for Axel Springer SE. Her first management position at Axel Springer was the publishing management of one of the largest regional tabloids.
Before joining Axel Springer, Julia Weiss spent 7 years in top management strategy consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and managed major strategy projects in the automotive and media industries.
Julia Weiss holds a degree in banking from the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), a degree in business administration from WHU, Fundacao Getúlio Vargas (Brazil) and HEC Montréal (Canada). She graduated from Harvard Business School in their Advanced Management Program.
She is an honorary member of the board of the Wertekommission e.V., which promotes value-based leadership in companies, as well as a member of the board of trustees of AMREF (Flying Doctors).
